Best Restaurants -(Breakfast)
Anthony's
(Restaurants - Breakfast)
Paradise and Casino Dr
Paradise Island
242-363-3152
Description:
Anthony's is so authentically Caribbean that one bite will have you hearing steel drums! Invigorating splashes of primary colors provide the backdrop for the equally uplifting service. The salads are mega-sized and can easily be considered a meal. Lunch and dinner platters include lobster, spicy jerk chicken or ribs with coconut mango sauce.

Café Johnny Canoe
(Restaurants - Breakfast)

New Providence
242-327-3373
Description:
Perhaps one of the best-known restaurants on the island, Johnny Canoe offers a fun-filled atmosphere with great food. Historical, yet modern, this café serves traditional Bahamian breakfasts of boiled or stewed fish, chicken souse, grits and johnnycakes.

Café at the Great Hall of Waters
(Restaurants - Breakfast)

Paradise Island
242-363-3000
Description:
Dominated by views of the underwater landscape of the Ruins Lagoon, the Café may not be the best restaurant at Atlantis, but it's certainly one of the most appealing. Everywhere you turn there are windows into the lagoon, which is full of amazing tropical fish swimming amongst the "ruins" of the lost city of Atlantis. It's quite a spectacle! Breakfast is a leisurely and hearty affair, with plenty of choices for everyone. The dinner menu focuses on fresh seafood, but chicken, beef, and lamb also make appearances. This is a great place to bring the kids, who will be fascinated. It's also the ideal spot to visit if you weren't able to secure reservations at one of Atlantis' finer restaurants, because it gives you an excellent sense of the scope and drama of the resort. Reservations required for dinner.

Columbus Tavern
(Restaurants - Breakfast)
Paradise Island Dr
Nassau
242-363-5923
Description:
This is Paradise Island's only waterside restaurant, so you know the setting alone will make a meal here special. Luckily, the food is just as awesome as the ocean view. Dishes tend to be Continental, but many have a Bahamian twist. Traditional main courses such as herb roasted Cornish hen, Veal Française and Steak Diane prepared tableside are joined on the menu by grouper stuffed with crab, Caribbean snapper, and blackened mahi mahi on spinach with guava salsa. Standout desserts include key lime pie, crème brûlée, and the local favorite, guava duff. The tavern's breakfast and lunch menus feature a good variety of local and international options there truly is something for everyone.
